The fee payment period starts upon the first production run and goes for the next 12 months. There is no fee after the first 12 months.
The fee does not apply to trials or R&D. The fee does not include direct pass through costs, taxes, freight/warehousing, or R&D/trials.
Regardless of how many production runs occur, the fee only applies to the first 12 months, beginning with the first production.
The fee applies to any new business through PartnerSlate. If you start producing lines with a new brand connected through PartnerSlate, it would be considered new business.
If you connect with a brand that you have an existing commercial relationship with regarding that same project, simply notify our team by email at support@partnerslate.com and no fee will apply if you reach production. You only pay for new business, guaranteed.
If you were in discussions with a brand about the project in question prior to connecting on PartnerSlate, the fee will not apply. Simply notify the PartnerSlate team by email at support@partnerslate.com.
You can update your engagement to “Production” upon receiving a purchase order from the brand. You will then cc: billing@partnerslate.com on invoices you send for the project.
PartnerSlate will send a digital bill with a straightforward payment link.
